Can order be cancelled just after the payment?
Yes! You can cancel the order before dispatching the order and there would be no charges.
Is there any charges of cancel the order after dispatching?

What happen if I don’t like the product?
We Always try to explain everything on the website and if you have any query you can ask before processing the order. you have to pay only the courier charges of To and Fro.
How can I return or exchange?
1. You can log into you FRIENDSKART account on the website.
2. Go to my orders
3. Just select the option Return or cancel.
4. You will receive a mail from the website with notification about the RTO and follow the instruction.
What happens if I get the misshipment/ Damage?
There is very less chances cause our team check twice before dispatching but at the same time human can make a mistake so no worries we will accept the order back and would dispatch the same again.
How long will it take to refund?
Once the item back to our warehouse with a same condition as dispatched we would refund your amount within 24-72 business hours and it will reflect in your account according to your bank.
How long will it take to Get the Return Order?
Once the item back to our warehouse with a same condition as dispatched we will process your return request at the same working day.
"If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back to us. All items must be returned within 7 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed.
