www.friendskart.in offers all its customers option of paying for the products on their doorstep. With this COD option, you will be required to pay the total billing amount in cash to the delivery boy.

This method is strictly cash on delivery no store credit or discount voucher can be used for COD orders, the amount payable should be Indian Rupees only. COD service is not available for all the locations, we request you to kindly enter your pin code and check the availability of this facility at your area.

3. How safe is using Debit/ Credit Card for payment?

All the monetary transactions from Internet banking and Debit/ Credit Card on our website are absolutely secure with the advanced security technology of the Internet. Your transaction is processed on our website through secure gateways that are handled by reputed banks.

4. In how much time I will get my order?

www.friendskart.in delivers most of the orders within seven days of the order placement (subject to serviceable Pin codes availability). Your order might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, emergency and natural disaster conditions.

5. Can I check or know about the delivery status of my order?

www.friendskart.in has a track checker in which you can put your Order Number or Waybill Number to check the delivery status of your order.

6. Can I check my package before accepting the delivery?

No, you cannot. The packaging of the orders can only be opened after making full payments. In case you are not satisfied with the product after checking the package, you can initiate return or replacement.

7. How to place a cancellation request?

Order once placed on the website can easily be cancelled as well. For creating cancellation request of your order online, click the cancel link, which is in the My Account session. Only the registered user of www.friendskart.in can cancel their orders. Only COD orders can be cancelled, orders being placed using Online Payment mode cannot be cancelled.

8. How can I place request for replacement/ refund?

If you have not liked the product after receiving the order or any other reason, you can place the replacement request. Check our policies page for more details. No cash refund, we can only exchange the product with different product according to the availability and issue credit vouchers accordingly.

9. Can I exchange my product with other?

We do not exchange products and in case clients want different product then we suggest them to cancel or return the order and place a new order.

10. How much are the Shipment Cost?

www.friendskart.in provides its customer Free Shipment of the products, minimum purchase value of the order should be Rs. 500 or more.

11. Is registration on the website is mandatory for products purchase?

Yes, it is mandatory to register yourself on the Website; you can only place your order as a registered customer. We suggest you to register for membership, it is free and every time you shop with us you will be in no need to enter all the details.
