 A: We have two styles of mug printing

Q: Are the personalized mugs microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe?
A: Our custom white mugs are microwave and dishwasher-safe. Personalized black mugs are microwave-safe but should only be hand washed. Our color-changing mugs should only be hand washed and are not microwave-safe.

Q: How do I customise the Mugs?
A: You can start customizing the mug online by choosing the pre-designed templates. Add details like your Name, logo, picture or message you want to display. You can also upload your design but make sure the resolution is high. Ensure the font size is big enough to be visible, and the colours are in contrast.

Q: What color options do I have?
A: Our 325 ml mugs come in two colours viz. Black and White. However, you will get coloured handle and interiors only in a white mug.

Q: What kind of design options do I have?
A: When you start designing your mug, you'll be able to choose between 2-sided or wraparound printing. With 2-sided mugs, you can add two separate images, special messages or a combination of the two. Wraparound mugs use one single image , design or text that is printed around the entirety of the mug.

Q: Can I add collages to my photo mug?
A: Yes. You can upload up to 3 photos on each side of the mug.

Q: Can I add custom text or a photo to the inside of my mug?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Are mugs made of porcelain or ceramic?
A: All our mugs are made of durable ceramic.

Q: Do you provide matching coasters for the photo mug?
A:Yes, You can buy separately & create a gift set with matching photo coasters.
